We have an entrenched system that makes billions. It won't go quietly, and will continue to perpetuate itself as long as possible. You will begin hearing the need for "evidence based" practices (meaning talk therapy of some form and medication) being needed for treatments.

I teach vets a tool that is evidence informed, and they don't give a crap about evidence based, and the status quo. They've been in the programs and been on the meds for half a century, some of them, and none the better.

That being said, being trauma informed is a good thing. Yes, slightly different that MHFA, but not too far away. Ending stigma and fear goes a long way in our ability to hear people, and to meet their needs. I run into the usual pablum about PTSD in my work.
