Family Coach position at Smoketown Family Wellness Center in Louisville, KY

We have a vacant position for our family coach at Smoketown Family Wellness Center pediatric office. We are looking for a social worker or other behavioral health specialist with trauma-informed care experience who is well-versed in ACEs/resilience and who will connect with families from a strengths-based perspective.
