I wrote this blog several months ago when we thought we would be working from home for only a short time. They are even more important now that we have been in our homes for almost a year.
I created three short videos (links are at the end of this blog) for people to share with co-workers, friends and family. The 3 short videos explain in common language what happens in our brains and bodies when we feel stress, how we help ourselves when we do feel anxious, and how this all relates to covid and returning to being around other people as we come back to work. I hope they can help somehow.
