My suggestion would be the OVC-Office for Victims of Crime. Here's their website: https://ovc.ncjrs.gov/Solicitation.aspx
You may want to look at VOCA-Victims of Crimes Act. All states receive this at different grant award amounts and is usually housed at your state Attorney General's office. The OVC website above has an area where you can click on your state and it will direct to the various websites that could lead you to applying for the VOCA grant.
