Many states are using some of their federal Department of Health and Human Services Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant funding for trainings to enhance the awareness of  ACES and how to become trauma-informed and responsive.  If the government agencies you're working with have any impact on maternal and child health populations (i.e., communities!), then you may be able to access some of their trainings or possibly funding.  You can learn more about Title V, how your state is using their BG funds, and who your Title V Block Grant contacts are in your state on the publicly accessible web-based Title V Information System (TVIS).  TVIS is very user friendly (as long as you're willing to click around a bit!), including the option to do a narrative search (for instance ACES or trauma) to see what your state may be doing in this area.  https://grants6.tvisdata.hrsa.gov/
