Integrating Toxic Stress in primary care well child visits?

Is anyone interested in a multisite study to integrate assessments and interventions in pediatric primary care sites? I am faculty at University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio at the School of Nursing. Our metro population is 60% Hispanic with a high prevalence of obesity. As members of ACES, we know it not just about access to good foods and activity. Using Poverty simulations to change nursing communication and practice skills.It causes small awakenings related to Toxic Stress impact on child health and behavior. Only local evidence will be heard here. Any ideas where to start? Thanks for the input.
