These aren't SAMSHA resources but here's a video I did on the principles I used to thrive without any of the typical resiliency factors. PS Forgive me for offering when not asked - its simply these principles allowed me have an amazing life without trying in the face of significant Cognitive Issues (recently diagnosed). If it can possibly help someone else I don't mind you thinking I was rude lol
