I would suggest contacting Carole Henderson at Grief UK - www.griefrecoverymethod.co.uk.  She can put you in touch with professional Grief Recovery Method Specialists who have programs and materials available for educating school staff/personnel in their Helping Children with Loss program.  As you explore a trauma informed school - you should also consider not just how to begin - but what to do and what to give the parents as well - in developing a community-based approach to "wrapping around" the children during times of trauma and grief.  Trauma is what happens to our children - Grief is what lingers.  So - as you develop your program, I hope you'll address loss and grief as well.  The Helping Children with Loss program is a 4 session, live online educational program for teachers, staff, parents and others who love and support children.  Thanks for asking!
