Hi everyone,
I am on this team of researchers exploring the impact of COVID-19 and related coping strategies.  We are hoping to reach more healthcare providers to complete the survey.  Would you mind sharing with your networks?  You can copy/paste the email below or share the attached graphic if that is helpful.  Thank you!

Researchers at the Center on Trauma and Adversity at Case Western Reserve University are conducting a research study about how the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic may be affecting emotional well-being and the type of coping strategies being used to minimize this emotional distress.

The purpose of this study is to (1) identify the emotional distress COVID-19 has had on healthcare providers/first responders, essential classified workers, and the general public, (2) identify the degree to which employee’s organizations are able to respond to emotional distress, and (3) identify the ways in which individuals are coping with the emotional stress related to COVID-19.

What does participation in this study involve?
  • Complete a 30-45 minute online survey at your convenience
  • Information will be kept confidential
  • Participants will receive information about resources and coping strategies to reduce emotional distress
