I am an independent consultant. I have over 20 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, superintendent and parent (foster/adopt), trainer, coach and mentor. My dissertation research centered on ACEs and Trauma-Engaged practices.  I have trained hundreds of adults on ACEs and Trauma-Informed practice.  I have my PhD in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northwest Nazarene University.  I am located in Boise, Idaho (if travel is a concern).
