I am working on forming a Trauma Informed Care Implementation Work Group and I would love to hear from others on their implementation work. Specifically, if there is a quick start guide or decision tree that has been created to help organizations/individuals with step-by-step implementation guidance.

Thank you for any help and I look forward to learning from this wonderful group on their experience!

I would be happy to discuss what our work group in Lebanon, PA is doing. Please email me at dvipec@dviolc.org. But, for now, our approach to creating a "trauma-informed community" is one of prevention. Our work is informed by BCR's Pair of ACEs Tree Model. You can find info on this, as well as various implementation tools, here: https://publichealth.gwu.edu/d...esilient-communities

More specifically, one of the three big projects we are implementing as part of this is The Boston Basics:  thebasics.org  They likewise have implementation tools.
